Orders and payments
All prices are listed in United states dollar ($) unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Norisa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control once an order has shipped.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. See our returns policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
Norisa provides this website and its products on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
